Palladium electrolytes
Palladium is characterized by good abrasion resistance, relatively high hardness, and is an ideal metal for diffusion barriers. As an allergy-free substitute for nickel layers and due to comparative cost advantages over other precious metals, it has gained high importance, especially in the decorative sector. Palladium baths from METAKEM combine these advantages.
Palladium-AS-3 is a weakly alkaline palladium bath for the deposition of bright, stress-free, and adhesive layers.
