“Matthias Rüter joined METAKEM GmbH in January 1982 as the first employee and worked directly with the two managing directors at that time. Back then, the company was still a small team of only ten people. Matthias, who started as a chemical technician, initially took on tasks in product development in the precious metal sector. During his long tenure, he also accompanied the company's move to Usingen, which marked an important turning point in the company's history. Today, Matthias Rüter is the longest-serving employee at METAKEM and a valuable part of the company's history.”
