Reference electrodes for corrosion protection
Reference electrodes from METAKEM are designed for long-term operation and robust use. They consist of a polypropylene reference part and a steel or stainless steel compression fitting, alternatively with a cable connection and epoxy resin encapsulation. Thanks to their well-thought-out design and construction, they allow for easy replacement of worn corrosion protection elements, even after several years. These half-cells offer a reliable and long-lasting solution for precise measurements in a wide range of applications.
The cathodic corrosion protection with impressed current anodes has been a proven, excellently functioning method for protecting plants, plant components, and structures from corrosion for many decades.
